Hayselden Volkswagen

Scorpion would like to take this opportunity to thank Mick Hayselden for the very special Canteen of Cutlery which was presented for buying the new LWB Phaeton. It is a truly exquisite gift!
Hayselden Barnsley is one of the UK's longest established Volkswagen Retailers. The family run business has been operating for over 50 years priding itself on close, loyal and personal relationships with its customers. Hayselden's service department have won the European Service Awards for the last 3 years, since its inception from the Volkswagen factory in Wolfsburg. Every member of our highly skilled team is 100% committed to giving the very best customer service and honesty every time.
Hayselden Volkswagen is also proud to be a Volkswagen Luxury Car Retailer and as such have to have dedicated technicians who offer the full After Sales Service for its Phaeton and Touareg customers. After Sales Service is the key to success and we pride ourselves on giving the ultimate support.
Since purchasing his first Volkswagen 3.0 Litre Touareg Altitude in 2005, Peter has covered some 250,000 miles in 3 of them. Our Volkswagen Luxury Car qualified technicians have maintained his vehicles throughout the quarter of a million miles and we are obviously very proud he returns to Barnsley for all his servicing work. I can report he has had minimal problems, proving regular after sales servicing from a qualified team is vital in this highly technological world.
After some 6 years with his Touareg's, Peter has now decided to move to the Volkswagen flagship, The All New Volkswagen LWB Phaeton 3.0 litre Tdi. The Phaeton is produced on the same production line as the Bentley Continental and its derivatives at the Volkswagen Group factory in Dresden where in fact many of the components are shared between the 2 luxury brands. I believe this speaks for itself.
Peter's operation is a benchmark for Volkswagen and many sales have come from his loyalty to the brand. From Phaeton's to Polo's he has been successful in promoting sales of vehicles through my company in the South of England and we will continue to give him our total support.
After hours and hours of discussion the specification of his new car is endless, tailored specifically to his customers needs who I am certain will enjoy the supreme oppulence of the Phaeton. Not satisfied with the standard specification Peter then sets about rebuilding the car with his own special technology. Telephones, safety add-ons, mud flaps and a whole host more that have to be, in many cases engineered to his very exacting standards which we all support and appreciate here at Hayselden.
I know Peter is in constant contact with Volkswagen's luxury car division at Milton Keynes who are taking particular interest in his acquisition knowing the importance of its role.
My team at Barnsley look forward to supporting Peter with his new Phaeton and wish him every success.
All the best
Mick Hayselden
